The studio, not a store
House Flax is operated by an Italian sole proprietorship based in Italy (VAT-ID 12786200969). This website describes the business and the products we build. Nothing is sold on this website.
Velora, Lunara, and future products are (or will be) offered on their own domains. Buying those products is a contract with House Flax under that product’s checkout terms, in addition to these terms.
What we sell
Digital products: software-assisted reports, palettes, playbooks, and similar information goods delivered electronically. Current catalogue:
- Velora — a 12-season personal color report. Quiz free; paid one-time digital unlock ($12 / $19 / $39). No shipping. No subscription.
- Lunara — a cycle-season playbook. One-time $17 digital unlock. No account. No shipping. No subscription. Educational content, not medical advice.
We do not sell physical goods, client services, or subscriptions from this studio site.
Using this website
You may browse this site for information. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse it. All text, marks, and layout are owned by House Flax unless credited otherwise.
Product accuracy
Velora is a styling tool. It is not dermatology, medical care, or a guarantee that any garment or cosmetic will suit you.
Lunara is an educational planning playbook. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a clinician, dietitian, or trainer. If you are pregnant, unwell, or under care, ask a professional before changing food or training.
Availability
Products listed as “In development” are not yet for sale. Features and prices may change before launch. Once a product is live, the price shown at its own checkout is the price you pay.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Italian and EU consumer law, House Flax is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this informational site. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. EU consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved at hello@houseflax.com may be brought before the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to consumer venue rights.
